Natural Learning Concepts: Abstract Categories

Teach children to understand that even if items are completely different, they can still have a common base. Understanding abstract information is a lot more challenging than understanding concrete information. When asked, a child may be able to name some fruits, some animals, some shapes (concrete categories), but it's just as important to be able to identify things that are noisy, things that have bristles, things you find at birthday parties etc (abstract categories). There are 28 sets in this pack, each set consists of three cards (84 2.5" x 3.5" photo cards in all).
